When you place an order on vandicollectibles.com, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from vandicollectibles.com. This page and email confirm receipt of your order and its details. they do not form a contract to a sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/products, which is accepted by us at the point when we receive payment and dispatch the goods to you.
We accept returns only if you receive the different product. or product is damaged on arrival. You need to mail on sales@vandicollectibles.com within 24 hours on arrival of the product along with the pictures and complete video of unboxing process of defect or damage on the product.
If shipment is showing as delivered and receiver has not received the shipment. Receiver need to inform us within 24 hours to raise POD request, after 24 hours we will unable to request for POD and we will consider this it has been received by receiver. We will not be responsible about the shipment after 24 hours from the time it is marked and informed as delivered.
If buyer is not available to accept the order at the time of delivery, and because of that shipment is returned to Vandi collectibles. Buyer needs to pay for the shipping charges if buyer wishes to re-ship the order. Or if buyer chose to cancel the order when returned, shipping charges (from Vandi Collectibles warehouse to buyers address and buyers address to Vandi Collectibles warehouse) will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case if buyer received the defective product. buyer need to send the defective product back to Vandi Collectibles warehouse. After receiving the returned product Vandi Collectibles will refund or replace the product.
We always try to provide best possible resolution to disputes. Even after provided solution / resolution threats or any defamatory statements made by any communication method or on any social forum will attract legal action.
